Christmas Dispatch Dates for Post
Order received on 22 December will be dispatched on Wednesday 23rd December
Orders Received between 23rd - 28th December orders will be dispatched on 29th
Order received on 29th December will be dispatched on 30th December.
Orders received from 30th December - 4th January will be dispatched on 5th January
UK Express Delivery, allow 2 working days from your dispatch date assuming there is no bad weather conditions.
Standard mail - first class allow 3 - 6 working days (on average - we are unable to guarantee timescales on this service, customers requiring a fast delivery services are advised to use EXPRESS DELIVERY)
UK (Mainland) Courier Post (excludes northern ireland, islands and highlands of scotland)
This is a new service where are packages are sent by Courier
Attempted delivery is within 2 - 4 working day
We aim to deliver most parcels within 2 working days.
Please list an address where the goods can be signed for ie a work address or a neighbours address if out where ever possible otherwise you will need to collect the parcel from the couriers depot.
First Class post normally takes 2 - 5 working days but we do NOT guarantee timescales on this service.
Express Delivery (Attempted delivery within 2 working days) For all express deliveries you must provide an address where someone will be in to accept the parcel. Presently we are offering subsidised UK Mainland Express Delivery starting from just £6.95
Items are sent registered. Customer requiring a fast guaranteed service MUST use Express Delivery as we CANNOT guarantee timescales on first class post.
Items over 1kg may be sent via courier such as UK MAIL even if First class is selected.
If you have not received your UK order within 5 working days assume that the goods are awaiting your collection at your LOCAL Royal Mail sorting depot (do not rely on sorry you were out cards).
Customers who require goods urgently should always use "Express Delivery" or our new service UK Courier Post as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee time-scales for first class post, especailly during peak periods or industrial action.
